Privileges of Use

Forum & blog users posting messages on these boards must adhere to the following considerations:
No abusive or offensive language also known as flaming.
No pornographic images or images of a questionable nature that are offensive to users.
No Personal attacks, slander, defamatory comments or profanity against people or businesses will be tolerated.
No spaming allowed and be respectful of others.

Posting messages on any of BMV’s boards establishes an understanding and implied agreement to abide by the Privileges of Use Posting Guidelines. The Webmaster, Board Manager, BMV, its hosting companies, advertisers and sponsors of this site are in no way liable or responsible in any way, shape, or form for any abuse, content or postings by third party users who violate this agreement. Blue Marlin Vacations(BMV)and www.traveldestinationsmexico.com reserve the right to edit, delete or ban anyone, any IP address or any posting(s),from these boards without notice whether a registered or non-registered user should these guidelines be violated.

BMV also reserves the right to alter, change or edit its Message Board Posting Guidelines, content, format, restrictions, or requirements without prior verbal or written notice. BMV will do all in its power to keep its message boards free and clear of spaming and abusive postings and encourages its responsible users to report any intolerant actions towards people or businesses to the Webmaster or BMV.
