I just adore this photo. It screams "I'm a pre-teen and yeah, I have an attitude, and it's working for me! Do you have a problem with that?!"Now, I do take some responsibility here, because I did say "Don't smile and show me another look!" Smile or attitude, Coral is a natural beauty. She is the daughter of my very special friend, Renee, so when I need a "go to" model, Coral always puts up with me............but I have to ask how much longer this is going to last! Recently I stopped in to see how our  little Miss Sophia was progressing. She is still the most calm, adorable little bebe that she was when I first saw her. So cuddly & loveable.

How come no one ever crochets these adorable little doilies anymore? This one was made by my Granny many years ago. I'll always treasure it, although I've never displayed it. I remember them as starched & stiffened, so I got lost right there. But I think they're beautiful & require talent, patience & skill to make them.

You may recognize her beautiful face. I photographed Lisa's wedding last year. I was thrilled when she called me for another opportunity to get her in front of my camera for a new CD cover for her latest album release. Her talent is amazing & I was privileged to listen to her play a few notes during our session. When she sits down at the piano, it's almost as if she loses all awareness of anything other than her music. What a gift she has! I'm a huge fan of lisamusic.com and an even bigger fan of Lisa, the person. She's both talented and a wonderful person.

It was so nice to get to spend time with you again, Lisa. Best wishes with your move to Boston. It's got to be warmer there than Minnesota but not exactly Florida!

 

And a very special thanks to Brian at Atlantic Music Center in Melbourne for letting us hang out in his store & Concert Hall all afternoon. Lisa had a hard time letting go of that beautiful Steingraeber!

The parents love & anticipation for this little one has now been well documented with some awesome photos. We are now in a holding pattern for that March arrival.

I love it that you chose your wedding theme in honor of your baby and marriage. That was totally creative and unique. Such a special tribute to your new family!

Another sneak peak photo for Stephanie & Phillip. We had such a great photo shoot today with stormy clouds all around, but the weather & light was perfect for this soon to be mommy. Great karma, I suspect, as Stephanie is really an awesome person.

Sophia slept the entire time her Dad was being photographed with her. Every time he repositioned himself, she just went back to sleep. Love Dad's happy smile. He's going to be a wonderful & protective Dad.
