From Chicago to the Cocoa Beach Pier for a destination wedding & it was picture perfect. How could it not be? Susan planned meticulously every detail, along with the perfect wedding planner: her sister. When I met with Susan & Tim several months back, I knew it would be special. I immediately loved them & not just because they were super cute and,oh, so in love. But that was a plus for sure. I love how they left nothing to chance and factored in all the details that need to be factored in for a wedding. And. My point. That's what it takes to make even the smallest of weddings a great memory. Which it now is for everyone that shared this special time with Susan & Tim. What a fantastic group of friends & family they brought along. Are all people from Chicago this cool or did they just happen to get lucky and find the coolest, most energetic people ever?
Susan's wedding dress was so dreamy, light & airy. So perfect for a beach wedding. She was so beautiful in that dress, but you can see that for yourself.
The heirloom pin was Susan's Grandmother's, which made using it on her bouquet so special & sentimental.
The wedding was a 10 Am so even though it was bright, the ocean breeze was wonderful. Getting married out on the Pier was a fantastic idea. And while we Floridians grumble about the heat, these guys found the positive in it and appreciated the view + the breeze.
Pretty cool view for a wedding & I requested the airplane flyover, or at least that's my story. Hey guys, you forgot the Susan + Tim banner! Bummer.
And the best part, other than the wedding, of course, is getting to watch the surfers. Don't let these bridesmaids fool you. They were checking out the surfers in addition to their bridesmaids duties.
Ringbearer! Not just another cool dude!
Susan & Tim, I hope your memories of your wedding day are as beautiful as your pictures!
