I was notified this morning that Dennis R Plush passed away this morning from and Agent Orange related cancer. Dennis served as a radioman with Sub Unit 5, HQ BN, 3rd MarDiv He was at Khe Sanh for just about all of 1967. Dennis was there when the USAF mistakenly bombed the village of Lang Vei resulting in the death of 100 or so civilians and about 175 wounded on March 2, 1967. Dennis was among the Marines from the KSCB who evacuated the wounded and placed them on planes for transport to medical facilities. Dennis was also at the base in support of the Hill Battles in the spring of 1967. Funeral services will be Saturday Dec 6, 2025 at Davis Funeral Home in Riverton, Wyoming. Dennis was 78 years old.
