Not worth the monthly amount paid for being on call 24/ with no benefits. Too much for too little. So much accountability and yet no assistance or guidance whatsoever from APD because their staff have no clue. APD prefers you work with an agency so the agency trains you and then they don't have to help you. Date=05-11-18    News & Questions      Policy and Procedures 01-16-18          over worked and under paid 08-11-18        over worked and under paid -     08-11-18 being a provider is a setup for failure, if you call apd to ask a question they act to rude and nasty, then they start harassing you so sad, the rates are so low and you will go in the red trying to pay taxes, insurance, office rent, pay staff, workmen comp, office supplies and more, a the pay is 3.86 a unit or less so sad Date=08-11-18
