However, I have another great idea since we care for a very vulnerable population and we need help to be able to do our work. So, how about state benefits for us!!! Short and long term disability! How terrible it must be for a provider giving it their all and on call 24/7 then getting hurt and losing everything. Who would want that? Retirement, healthcare, etc, would be most welcome to help us survive and maybe even have a future retirement. So, for the folks that change paperwork rules every 6 months, try this idea instead and help us providers have a leg to stand up on! Amen.
