How to Include Photographs With Your Messages.

TWO EASY STEPS.

Associating a photograph with your message involves two steps:
(1) Identify a display photo format to use and
(2) Send us the photograph(s).

(Alternatively, if you know HTML, you can use the "Img Src" html tag to embed
photographs yourself within your messages.)

Step 1. Identify a photo format to use.

There are five different photo formats to choose from, depending on whether you want to link one, two, or multiple photographs to your message or have a photograph embedded in the message. So, first decide which photo format you want to use, (either format 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) and then go to Step 2.

Step 2. Send us the Photo(s).

Send us the photograph(s), via Email or U.S. Postal Service, and indicate the photo format to use(determined from step 1 above).

Make sure to give the id of the message to associate the photo with. (The message id is listed at the bottom of every message). Also, if you want additional text, in addition to your message text, to appear beneath a photograph, include the additional text with each photograph.

Service Fee Charged

A one time $5 set-up fee is charged for each photograph submitted. A check for your set-up fee must accompany your photograph(s). Photo(s) will appear on your bulletin board within 24 hours of our receipt of them. Photographs sent via US Mail are returned if received with a stamped, self addressed return envelope. If you send your photo via email, include billing information or indicate that payment is being sent.
