Our posted speed limit is 15mph.
Please observe it, there are numerous children playing at all times of the day.

Lets Keep Speeding Down

I've noticed during the last month on several occasions, several neigboorhood cars (mostly
teenagers) have been speeding (estimating 35mph in our 20 mph neighboorhood limit). Please
realize this is dangerous, especially for small children playing. Please stay within the speed limit
in the neighboorhood.

Should we purchase additional lighting for the front entrance way into the community. We have had
several homeowner's suggest that the Homeowner Board purchase several pole lamp type light fixtures
for the common area entrance way for safety and appearances.
Vote "Yes" if you would like to see the board investigate this further.
Vote "No", if you do not want the board to pursue this issue.

a break-in last weekend while we were out of town.
A couple of neighbors reported seeing a unfamiliar green
van parked at our house Saturday Morning 8/13/07.
