How it is that pregnancy + glamour can be stated in the same sentence baffles me. I have to say from the beginning of this post, ladies be prepared to wish you could go thru pregnancy all over again...........only if you could do it and look this fab, right? Alissa says she keeps looking this great doing yoga and eating healthy, but I exercise a LOT + I eat healthy but I don't get these results, and I'm not even pregnant! Capturing this special time for Alissa & Dan was really fun for me and I'm hoping they feel the same. Dan's family has a beautiful citrus & cattle farm so we headed out there for our photos. I felt like I was being transported to heaven since some of my best childhood memories took place on my grandparents farm. I kept thinking how lucky their little one is going to be growing up so close to nature..........and to have Alissa & Dan as parents.

 

 

 

Alissa must be used to Dan doing this a lot. I was actually pretty happy that he scouted the horizon frequently. See below. There were many of those out there and I could see in their eyes they were on to us. This was a drive by shot.

 

 

 

 

 

There were so many amazing spots to stop and take photos. While we didn't get our golden sunset, (ya'll know how cloudy it's been almost every day!!!) what we did get was beautiful, soft light. Worked out just perfect!

 

 

 

Alissa & Dan, I am so grateful that we spent this time documenting your pregnancy. Hoping your child will pull out the album one day years from now and feel the love that comes thru with these photos. Wishing you many happy family moments.
