Things To Remember-
- There is no sign up. We want to keep it that way, to encourage people to post.
- With that in mind, don't assume people are who they say they are, or hold the position they claim to hold.
- Try not to get mad at "ALL" providers or "ALL support coordinators if you read something you don't like. The poster is speaking from his own heart, not from the heart of the group he represents.

I think I understand a message from AHCA today, but I wanted a
little more clarity. So....
retainer payments to no more than three 30-day
So.....For providers who have hit this THERE will be no
more payments. So....here it is July 17th and it appears that in early
August that no payment is coming.
Providers who have hit this ceiling
cannot bill until August 1st and you get paid on August 13th for a week of
billing. I am confident that this IS a PROBLEM for providers with BILLS,
The other option is to bill for July to get paid in early August,
but then we must work on sending a payment back for the July retainer
Does this all sound correct to anyone that reads this? Please
feel free to add any thoughts at all............... Thank you
Does anybody have any suggestions for me. Who do you talk to when
the coordinator or consultant ignores the consumer and does not provide any
updates despite receiving several requests via email. It's very frustrating
not to be able to get the services I'm entitled to because the coordinator
is incompetent or does not think of my needs as priority.
Good Morning, current WSC looking for any WSC's in the Central Region that
may be interested in being a back-up to a WSC looking to expand? If so, I
look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your time.
Hello, Does anyone want to discuss this Bill in more detail as it relates
to the Requirement to REMOVE all SOLO Support Coordinators and Requiring
all WSC's to be part of an Agency that "Employs" four or more Support

YES SUNSHINE HEALTH HAS CUT CARE GIVERS HOURS. THEIR ANSWER IS HIRE A DSW
OR A PERSON YOU KNOW TO DO YOUR CUT HOURS for a lower hourly rate. They say
that the care plan is the same with the hours but you can no longer do all
the hours allocated in the care plan over 40 hours. This is a PDO (personal
direct option) that the participants may choose to hire anyone that they
wish to. This violates the participants rights to choose their care.
