I noticed a very thin white kitty with faint black markings on face roaming the parking lot of Publix at the east west connecter and South Cobb Dr. it was dark so color could be off a shade. this kitty was starving. I got food in Publix and left with water under a tree where could be seen. I tried to coax him to eat out of my hand but he did not come . I put some on the ground close to the bowl and he went over to eat. he did not run but would not let me get closer then 10 feet. Color Legend:
