It's never to late to get those special pictures even if your wedding photographer let you down! 

Brigette is the sister of one of my awesome former brides, Vivienne. You can see see her engagement photos here.  When we did Vivienne's engagement session a while back, Brigette came along and was so helpful with posing, dress straightening and helping out. It was a fun time but kinda bittersweet for Brigette because she had been heartbroken that her wedding photographer did not produce the quality of pictures that was shown & promised. Being the thoughtful sister that Vivienne is, she surprised Brigette with an post wedding/engagement session that I've decided should be called "Celebrating Our Love" because even after 11  years of marriage, that what this couple is doing! Still in love & their happiness makes me feel happy too!

We met up at Florida Tech, Botanical Gardens, where I've photographed a few weddings lately. I do love it there but sometimes I've longed for more floral backgrounds & this time we lucked out by finding a patch of spring flowers. Florals or not, it's a beautiful location. Their son, Gavin, came along and of course, I couldn't resist a few photos of a cute 14 year old boy. I don't have a son, but if I did, I'd want to model him after Gavin. Super sweet, fun, kind, respectful and laid back……..
