The technical or administrative staff at BulletinBoards.com, may at times,
review content contained on a customer's message board, without notice.
We are happy to sign any non-disclosure agreement, provided by the customer,
that reiterates the conditions and policies above.
Any requirements to monitor, review, or restrict data content on any
particular board is the responsibility of the Board Manager. Several
board management tools are provided to the board manager in this regard...
i.e., moderator capability,
password protection capabilities, profanity filtering capability,
IP blocking capability, and immediate email notification of new messages posted.

Our content policy prohibits boards that promote, advocate, or encourage
Hate, Violence, or Racial Intolerance against any individual, group, or organization.
Cancelation of Service Top
You, as the board manager, can cancel/terminate your account with
BulletinBoards.com by sending an email to:

Any board canceled within the first 30 days of its subscription date,
is entitled to 100% refund of all service fees paid.
Terms Of Use Modifications Top
BulletinBoards.com shall have the right, at its sole discretion,
to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions regarding our Privacy
Policy and Terms of Use. Any changes to these Terms of Use shall be
effectively immediately following the posting of such changes on this
website. If and when this event occurs, an email will be sent to each board
manager's current email address on file at that time. The most recent version of

BACKUP, SECURITY and HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS Top
Data backup and integrity is maintained utilizing servers
configured with mirrored IBM disk drives to ensure real-time
duplication of data.
Tape Backups are done nightly and offsite backups are updated weekly.
All Server connections to the Net utilize fully redundant Tier 1 DS3s riding on wholly-owned OC12 SONET ring.
All servers have generator power backup capability.
In general, you should expect your message board to
be operational over 99% of the time.
All servers are protected by Firewall and AntiVirus software.
Search Engines are prevented from accessing all boards. A board manager or someone having
access to your board can submit a board's web site address to a search engine,
however even this can
be prevented by utilizing the password protection features of your board.
Physical access security to our hardware facility is enhanced by requiring
escorted access to our, data center, and racks. Employees having access to
the data center require full background checks.
The security measures we have in place help protect the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control. Such measures include
regular security upgrades, and backups. We use our best efforts to
maintain the security and reliability of our infrastructure; however,
they are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of
any kind including warranties of merchantability, reliability, or fitness
for a particular purpose. We offer no assurance of uninterrupted or
error free service, nor do
we warrant the accuracy or completeness of any service.
In no event shall BulletinBoards.com be held liable for any damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits,
business interruption, loss of information) arising out of the use or
inability to use the System, even if BulletinBoards.com has been advised
of such damages.
