The last time I met up with this couple a few years back, they were walking down the aisle! Now they are beautiful & awesome parents. Their little guy is also the sweetest & handled the photo session so well. It was windy on the beach, cloudy and misting rain. Didn't bother him at all. Easy going little guy!

But they are in love, too! See? I think everyone in the family would agree, she's the "spirited" one! I so remember the speech she gave at Allie & TJ's wedding! It was so cool!
I love telling parents, forget the rules with the kids during photo sessions. Let them go, have fun and just let their personalities shine thru. After all, photos are all about capturing who they really are.......you know, the way you want to remember them once they are grown up. To me, that's what separates on location photos vs. studio photo shoots.
