Sharing a few of the photos from Kelly's family photo session recently. We met up at the beach for some holiday family photos & since one of the family photos may end up on their Christmas card, I'll only post one of the family portraits. Kelly is on staff at the Hilton Rialto and does a fabulous job as their Catering Manager. I love working with her because she is super organized and gives great attention to detail. I'm sure they are totally booked up for this holiday season but check them out for your next event.
While I've know Kelly for a while, this was my first meeting with her super adorable little ones and her husband Nick, whom also happens to be cute and adorable...........just like Kelly! Maybe guys would rather be called "handsome"......sorry, Nick! Anyway, they are a beautiful family. AND thanks to Kelly's Mom for coming along on this adventure and helping me out by holding some of my gear. Nice to have an extra set of hands!
How cute are these two?!!
Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake..........that baker's man sure comes in handy!
This photo was up on Facebook, so some of you have seen this. You can get advance sneak peeks by "liking' my facebook page here.
And while Kelly's Mom was getting the kids in the car for the trip home, we stayed behind to take a few "boring Mom & Dad" photos!
Smokin'..............................

Holiday photos are fun enough, but when you throw in a one year reunion with the most adorable newborn and big brother......now that's cause for celebration. So, here's a recap of that fun time.
Logan was really a gor-ge-ous newborn. AND look at him now. Same little cheeks! I look forward to the one year anniversary photo sessions because I love seeing what these little guys have morphed into.......if I was seeing him for the first time at one year, I don't think it would be the same. I love watching little people grow into big people. I honestly think the pictures capture more emotions if you have the same photographer that photographed the newborn stage photograph also photograph the milestones as well. Side note, Leslie Stahl did a fabulous segment called The Baby Lab regarding a Yale study about infants. Check it out.
Love the bond between these two. Logan looks to Tristan for direction in all things. And Tristan's a terrific role model!
If you follow me on Facebook (and if you don't please visit & "like" my page)....some of you have seen a few of these already.
Happy Holidays to the Blevins family. I seriously love your little guys. Tristan has the most fun personality. (Hard to believe one year ago he ran away from the camera.) He is such a ham.......and Logan, just plain want to snuggle him. Your family is beautiful.

Ok, it's officially that time of year and I have to say, please be patient with me because things are churning out a bit slower here with blog posts and picture galleries, etc. I have never considered myself one of those photographers that gets swamped during the holidays with sessions and delivery deadlines but I am somewhat busier right now. Trying to define oneself these days in a sea of new-on-the-scene photographers is a little difficult, although I think it's great that so many people are out there trying on their photographer wings. That's how I started and I say to all of you: go for it! Never too many photos! Anyway, my point, I gear my services more toward a custom or boutique style (hey, that sounds way to fancy!) meaning all photos delivered to you are hand touched/edited and handled with loving care. I create images that are clean, clear, classy and a focus on simplicity. I capture your faces and emotions that recall your story, whether it be your wedding or your family portraits. I love photos that show show spontaneity and to add natural light and memorable locations......... something not usually found at formal portrait studios. (Of course, a time and place for everything.)
Loving this time of year though, and planning to enjoy some homemade pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Note to my family: Don't get your hopes up too much............there will be some ingredient substitutions.........butter/oil/eggs= Fage' yogurt. And they will be good, you will say so.....at least to me! Because you love me that much!
Sharing a few of Vivienne + Michael's recent wedding at the Cocoa Beach Doubletree. Love this couple and they are the most fun spirited people ever...easy going, lots of laughs. I have to say this was confirmed by the rouge wave that caught us at the end of their beach photo session just before their reception. Thanks Hurricane Sandy! Who knew brand new socks repell water......just not sand?!
And a drier moment shortly before a surprise wave!
Wishing the best of everything for you two. Loved meeting your friends & family! Lots of fun memories!

Fall Festival Themed Wedding: Allie + TJ
Click here to view ONLY this message
This has probably been the most fun wedding I have ever photographed. With a Fall Festival theme and a rocking bridal party that danced the night away until the last minute of the party, I do believe Allie + TJ's dream wedding must have come true.......beyond their expectations. Ok, so when you have a relative that shows up to play the stump fiddle at your reception, complete with polka music, well you know all feet hit the dance floor. Apparently this instrument has a family history and rumor has it that even the groom can play this most interesting musical piece but for some reason he didn't point that out........to almost anyone.......but you know rumors may or may not be true! Allie & TJ were married at Holy Name of Jesus in Indialantic on the same weekend as the Church's fun fall fair that was just next door, so we headed there shortly after the ceremony and later in the day to their reception was at The Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront. It was really a heartwarming event to witness, with family traveling from far and wide to share this weekend with the couple and each other. Allie & TJ, and the complete bridal party, are totally fun and lighthearted people, so the whole day seemed to unfold beautifully. It was difficult to narrow down just a few photos to share, but I hope these reflect the happiness that I saw on this day. Love all you guys and thanks for making me feel so welcome and letting me tag along to capture the day!
Before heading to the Church Allie spent the morning sharing fun girl stuff with her bridesmaids as they got dressed. Love the pink bathrobes she gave each of the girls.
Allie was so gorgeous walking down the aisle with her Dad.
Then we were were off for some fun!
Apparently brides get lots of free perks at the fair! Note the fish and pink teddy bear! Totally matched her color scheme!
Hurricane Sandy looming in the background......didn't stop us!
Had to do a fun shot with the wild and crazy shoes the girls were wearing. Totally fit their personalities!
And ending on a more serious note, because I seriously love these next two photos.
Allie & TJ, wishing you every happiness life has to offer......enjoy your lifetime together.
